CNCPI is the French Patent & Trademark Attorneys Institute :

  • Created in 1990
  • Successor to the French Institute of Patent Attorneys
  • Under the authority of the French National Institute of Industrial Property

The French Patent & Trademark attorneys are all members of the French Patent & Trademark Attorneys Institute (CNCPI).
The CNCPI is a legal entity instituted by the law to represent the French Patent & Trademark Attorneys near the governmental authorities.

The CNCPI is the unique professional association representing all 1001 (*) French Patent &Trademark Attorneys (the Profession), the priviliged Interface between the Profession and the Public, a proactive proposals concerning IP matters and a guarantees competence, independence and morality.
